Ruben Hurtado, 50

Ruben Hurtado Jr., 50, of Fort Worth, a father, grandfather, son, brother and friend to everyone went to be with the Lord on November 5, 2021 in Fort Worth, Texas.

Ruben was born to Jose Ruben Hurtado and Aurelia Monroy on January 3, 1971 in Harlingen, Texas. He was a car painter who took pride in his work with each car he worked on. Ruben had a huge heart that cared for everyone he knew, which made him the amazing father he was to his kids and his siblings kids when they were around him. Outside of spending most of his time with family and work he would enjoy messing with horses and different guns. His willingness to help anyone made people realize he was a guy who wouldn’t ever take the word “No” for an answer, he only knew how to use his heart and say “yes” to all. His family and friends will miss him greatly but know they will see him again.

Ruben was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Nicolas Hurtado.

Those left behind to cherish his loving memory were his love Claudia Pulido; his kids Christina Hurtado, Felicia Hurtado, Melanie Hernandez, Alex Hurtado Alexus Hurtado, Jonathan Hurtado, Jayden Hurtado, and Victoria Hurtado; his 12 grandchildren; his siblings Hortencia Hurtado, Aidee Hurtado, Jamie Hurtado, Alicia Haro, Tony Hurtado, Irma Hurtado and Johnny Hurtado; Along with numerous extended family and a host of friends.
