Patricia "Patchie" Ann Chazarreta

Patricia "Patchie" Ann Chazarreta. 64, A loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend passed away on April 16, 2021 in Fort Worth, Texas.

  Patricia was born to Santos N. Chazarreta and Adella Herrera on October 18, 1956. She was married to Frank Herrera Sr. for over 25 happy years before his passing in 2011. Patricia had many past times and hobbies that included watching the Hallmark channel, shopping, attending church, collecting snow globes, along with collecting carousels. Patricia was a caring and loving woman who loved her family and cherished every moment with them.

She will be greatly missed.

  Patricia is preceded in death by her parents Santos Chazarreta and Adella Herrera, her son Robert Chazarreta Sr., her daughters Carmen Jean Chazarreta and Adella P. Chazarreta, her brother Paul H. Chazarreta.

  Those who are left to honor and celebrate her memory are her sons Jose L. Chazarreta of Fort Worth and Frank D. Chazarreta and wife Amber of Fort Worth; her daughters Julia Chazarreta of Fort Worth, Vanessa M. Gonzales and husband Ezequiel II of Fort Worth and Roxanne N. Chazarreta and husband Javier Chavarria Jr. of Fort Worth; her 21 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; her stepfather Donato Cisneros of Fort Worth; her siblings Roselinda Chazarreta of Fort Worth, Santos N. Chazarreta Jr. and wife Deborah of Fort Worth and Eddie Chazarreta of Fort Worth; Along with many other extended family members and a host of friends.
