José Tomas Quiñones, 70 of Fort Worth a loving father,
grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend went
to be with our Lord on December 5, 2022 in Oklahoma City,
Oklahoma.
Jose was born to Jose Quinones and Aurelia Lerma on September
29, 1952 in El Paso, Texas. Jose was a truck driver who hauled
all kinds of heavy equipment over the years He enjoyed
baseball and football whether watching the Texas Rangers,
college football on Saturdays and NFL Sundays. He loved the
game of baseball so much that he even coached baseball
throughout the summers. Jose had numerous past times
besides sports and trucking, he loved going out and dancing to Tejano
music any chance he got and spending time with friends and family. His
children were very important to Jose, he loved them dearly. He will
forever be in their hearts.
He will be greatly missed.
He is proceeded in death by both his parents, his brother
Héctor Lerma and sister Olivia Quiñones.
Those left to honor and celebrate his memory are his kids Dora
Quiñones, Barnaby Quiñones, Raúl Quinones, Sonia Quiñones,
and Kevin Quiñones; his grandkids Brisanda Dueñas, Dulce
Estrada, Rosemary Quiñones, Rebecca Quiñones, Barnaby
Quiñones Jr., Natalia Quiñones, Raúl J. Quiñones, Damaris Escamilla, Yarely Quiroz, and Juan A. Quiroz; his 3 great grandkids; his 3siblings; Along with numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
