Debra Lee Cupp, 68

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Debra L. Cupp,
of Fort Worth, Texas on June 4, 2023, at the age of 67 years.
She was born on June 14, 1955, in Houston, Texas to Henry C, Welch and
Barbara L. Welch. She was very artistic and made many things that will be carried
through for generations to come. She loved gardening and would always have a
showcase yard to show her green thumb. She spent many years fishing and was
a member of a bass fishing club. Her favorite holiday was Christmas, always going
way overboard on the gift giving. She was always a dedicated employee and
enjoyed her time in the grocery industry as a reset coordinator among other
things. This job allowed her to travel all the time, which she thoroughly enjoyed.
Nothing made her happier than being able to see and spoil her grandchildren, who
were her pride and joy. Her family was her everything. She will be greatly missed
and forever in her families’ heart.
She is predeceased by her grandparents, parents, granddaughter Briana Tarver,
and brother Darrell Welch.
She is survived by her husband Nicky Cupp; daughter Katherine Embesi and
partner Tim Jeans and son David Treadwell; grandchildren Nico Embesi, Scarlet
Embesi, Aydien Treadwell and Hayden Treadwell; Siblings David Welch (Rene),
Diane Anderson (Gary), Douglas Welch, Denise Grogan (Dave), Donna Gray
(Steve); seven nieces, two nephews, six great nieces and one great nephew.
Along with numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
