Clint Slater Murphy, 50, a loving husband, father, son, brother, and friend passed away on August 26, 2022 in Fort Worth, Texas.
Clint was born to Client Murphy and Linda Pettit on March 31, 1972 in Lubbock, Texas. He was united in marriage to his wonderful loving wife Ileana Palos on August 17, 2012 in Fort Worth, Texas. Clint was a man of deep feeling and tremendous compassion that led him to become a police officer, he was working for Double Oak Police Department in Double Oak, Texas. More than anything he loved his wife Ileana and their children. Family time was his favorite thing to have whether it consisted of them listening to music, dancing to cumbias, or cooking for his family. There was never a dull moment when you were in his presence. Besides being a hard worker, he was a very happy and fun person with jokes and laughter always filling the room. Clint was an honorable, respectful man, who was always willing to give the shirt of his back to anyone in need. Throughout his life Clint cultivated many lifelong friendships, to have a friend in Clint was to have a friend for a lifetime! He was a fun-loving, kind and caring man who found the greatest joy in spending time with the ones he loved and making them smile. Clint will be missed greatly by many he worked alongside, people whose lives he left an impression, his friends and his loving family.
Clint was preceded in death by his mother Linda Pettit.
